Join us for an exciting webinar with Lucara Aman, a bat technician with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, as we dive into the fascinating world of New York’s bats!

Lucara Aman, NYS DEC Bat Technician: Lucara Aman will walk us through the world of bats, with a special focus on New York’s bat species and the threats they face in today’s world. She will also cover how NYS DEC monitors and manages bats in the state, and what you can do to help them. Lucara is a bat technician with NYS DEC. In her role, she assists with monitoring summer and winter bat populations and supporting research projects to learn more about New York bats.
