Dear LGC Attendee,

Thank you for registering for the Tug Hill Commission’s 2025 Local Government Conference being held at Turning Stone Conference Center, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, New York 13478. We look forward to seeing you very soon!

Please take advantage of the free parking in the parking garage. It is the most convenient way to access the conference center – plus it’s indoors! Valet parking is also available for $7 at the main hotel entrance. 

As you enter the building after parking in the garage and head towards the rotunda, staff will be there to welcome you and to help you find your way to the registration table and our gathering space in Oneida/Mohawk. All meals and exhibitor stations will be in Oneida/Mohawk, with the registration table just outside Oneida/Mohawk. A map of the facility and a parking map are included in this email for your convenience.

  • If you have registered for the focused session on Monday, March 31, check-in begins at 12:30 p.m. at the main registration table outside Oneida/Mohawk. The Budgeting & Accounting session will be in Tuscarora and Tackling Vacancy, Blight, and Housing will be in Cayuga.  Both sessions run from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
  • If you have registered for the reception on Monday, it will be held in Oneida/Mohawk from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Please stop by the registration table to get your name tag, which is your admission ticket into the reception.
  • The full day conference on Tuesday, April 1 begins with check-in and breakfast at 7:30 a.m. in Oneida/Mohawk. Opening remarks will be made at 8:30 a.m. and concurrent sessions begin at 9:00 a.m.  Lunch will be served from noon to 1:15 p.m. and the day will conclude by 4:15 p.m.
